This project, located in San Antonio, TX is an existing two story 9,400 square foot brick veneer office building. Our Client's intent was to rehabilitate the building and convert it into a Medical Office Building. The exterior masonry veneer exhibited a dated appearance that was not suitable to our Client's needs. Through Team design studies a strategy emerged for the application of metal panels and components to, not only, enhance the aesthetic and create a more contemporary appearance but to do so in an economical and sustainable way.
