This 6,000 SF Design-Build Dermatology and Surgery Facility in Bloomington, IL, was delivered on a fast-track timeline in partnership with J & A General Contracting, Inc. Collaborative design focused on finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems to exceed client expectations for functionality, aesthetics, and patient comfort. The success of this facility launched an ongoing partnership, leading to multiple dermatology clinics across Illinois and Ohio.
