Pleasanton Road Healthcare Clinic is a 16,000 square foot facility located in San Antonio, TX. The project developed as a collaboration between client and architect. It was the client’s desire to incorporate intersecting planes and facade articulation in such a way as to express a vitality to reflect the high level of patient care that is provided at this facility.

The use of both traditional and contemporary materials for low maintenance and durability was achieved to meet the client’s program requirements. Through the implementation of a Post and Beam design the client has increased flexibility for future tenant fit-outs or to serve as adaptive reuse. Interior floating, backlit ceilings and a spacious lobby with natural light harvesting on all sides enhance the occupants experience during the day.
