This 3-story, 37,679 square foot medical office building, located on a corner site next to an Interstate in downtown San Antonio, Texas, was an adaptive reuse and expansion on a 30 year old vacant 2-story building office building. It contains a chronic dialysis facility, a home training dialysis clinic, a vascular access center, a nephrology practice, a cardiology suite, a call center and a pharmacy. The attractive use of contemporary materials and the active nature of this highly functional building has brought new life to the section of downtown in which it is located.
