Tampa Bay Clinic is an 8,000 square foot, 24 patient station Dialysis Clinic. The success of the project required overcoming the challenge of urban site restraints in order to meet the client’s program. It was necessary to raise the window sill elevations to provide patient privacy along the public path. Client program expressed the use of only two exterior materials and applying various datum lines to breakdown the building scale along the public path and esign of the classic cantilever to express arrival.
