Designed to advance electrical and R&D innovations, this 50,000 SF Research and Development facility pairs cutting-edge testing environments with sustainable design. While the building features high-end Class A office space, the primary project focus was maximizing energy conservation, optimizing resource utilization, and incorporating dedicated testing facilities for recyclable materials. In recognition of its high-performance environmental standards, the facility achieved LEED Silver certification in 2025.
